Bank Secrecy Act for Directors In this 57-minute webinar (August 2025), Donya Parrish, MCU VP Risk Management and a Certified BSA Compliance Specialist, discusses the Bank Secrecy Act as it relates to the board of directors and their role in oversight of the credit union’s BSA program. She discusses the various components of a BSA program, how to define your credit union’s risk level, and some of what could be changing in the future.
BSA for Supervisory Committee is a 40-minute webinar recorded in August 2025 that is intended for supervisory committee members. Donya Parrish, MCU VP Risk Management and Certified Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist, walks through the basics of the regulation, discusses the committees role, and provides some thoughts on areas of scrutiny.

The National Elder Fraud Hotline offers free help to people age 60 and older who may have been victims of financial fraud. The hotline is available by calling 833-FRAUD-11 (833-372-8311) and is staffed seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. MT. Credit union employees who suspect a member is being taken advantage of can call it too.
Elder Financial Exploitation (passcode: %5E1PkRK) is an August 2025 update on how your credit union can help combat financial exploitation in members age 60 and older. It details a Montana law allowing family member contact and delay of transactions. The training is intended as a tool to help credit union staff understand and recognize the red flags of financial exploitation, as well as how to respond to them and protect older members.
Minor (Youth) Accounts This 30-minute session (Feb. 2018) outlines compliance considerations and common scenarios when it comes to serving members who are under 18.
