SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST – KALISPELL, MT

November 13 – Whitefish Credit Union is currently looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to join its commercial lending department in the Kalispell Operations Center. The individual in this position will play the lead role in providing financial analysis and the credit approval document for business loans and the business lending department. They will provide accurate and prompt analysis of financial statements and tax returns with succinctly written narratives, review credit relationships for strengths and potential weaknesses, and assist with the training of less experienced credit analysts. They will also review the work of other analysts and officers to make sure that credit approval documents are accurate, fair, and consistent. They will ensure that departmental goals are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness of credit approval documents and annual reviews as well as assist in site visits and monitoring of collateral as necessary.

REAL ESTATE QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST – KALISPELL, MT

November 13 – Whitefish Credit Union is now hiring a full-time Real Estate Quality Assurance Specialist for its Kalispell Operations Center. The individual in this position will assist and support the Quality Assurance department with all facets of new and paid-off real estate loans as well as real estate loan purchasing and refinancing. They will also assist with all other quality assurance functions as needed, including (but not limited to) the processing of consumer and commercial loans.

DESKTOP SUPPORT – KALISPELL, MT

November 13 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a person to provide full-time Desktop Support for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position will be the primary individual credit union staff will contact for general and technical support issues. They will make sure that all support issues are entered into the help desk ticketing system, handle all desktop support requests while developing procedural and support documentation, and escalate tickets to other IT staff members only as necessary. They will also maintain desktop hardware equipment and printer ink/toner inventory.

VP/MORTGAGE LOAN MANAGER – WHITEFISH, MT

November 13 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Vice President / Mortgage Loan Manager for its Whitefish executive office. The person in this position will evaluate and direct lenders and work with the credit union’s mortgage loan originators and senior management to meet lending goals. They will also pursue, evaluate, authorize, and recommend the approval of real estate and consumer loans while working in partnership with the mortgage loan underwriting team to facilitate consistent loan underwriting. They will also advise borrowers on financial status, collateral options, schedule and methods of payments.

IT SPECIALIST – WHITEFISH, MT

November 8 Park Side Credit Union, located in beautiful Whitefish, Montana, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join its “YES culture” as an IT Specialist. The person in this position is responsible for repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and installing computers and related peripheral equipment. They will perform diagnostic testing to determine the source of problems and make necessary repairs while also assisting the VP of IT and Security in researching, planning, and implementing new technologies to improve member access and staff efficiency. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of techniques, tools, processes involved in designing technical plans, and models along with a thorough knowledge of computer parts, applications, and telecommunication systems. Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures is a plus. The ideal candidate will also possess good research and problem-solving skills, excellent logic and reasoning skills, and the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team. STAFF APPRAISER – KALISPELL, MT

September 30 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Staff Appraiser in our Kalispell Operations Center. The ideal candidate will accurately assess appraisals for quality and adherence to Whitefish Credit Union and NCUA policies and procedures. The person in this position will review appraisals, insure compliance, and perform in-house evaluations along with communicating with appraisers, realtors, and internal staff (including loan officers). Applicants must possess and maintain access to the MLS as well as a MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) appraiser license or a valid real estate license. A minimum of  5-8 years of appraisal or evaluation-related experience is required.

FINANCIAL SERVICES OFFICER – BUTTE, MT

September 18 – Clearwater Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Financial Services Officer in Butte. This position will join the credit union’s lending team and help it establish a presence and relationships within its newly added membership area, providing loans and being a resource of information for members. A successful applicant must be goal-oriented, have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment which requires attention to detail, commitment to recognizing needs and creating solutions, knowledge of credit union philosophy, products, services and procedures. Must have the ability to make informed, rational lending decisions and the dedication and ability to learn and implement all aspects of member service and consumer lending. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years consumer lending experience, excellent customer service skills, and sales experience.


CREDIT UNION CEO/MANAGER – CALDWELL, ID

September 16 Simplot Credit Union, based in Caldwell ID, is seeking an individual who likes challenges, can think strategically, and will follow through to take over from their current CEO/Manager, who is retiring in January.  The person in this position will plan, direct, and control all credit union activities in accordance with the credit union’s strategic plan, policies, directives, business plan, and activities as established by the board of directors. Potential candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and five years of management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience along with the willingness to continue learning and to participate in community service.
