MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER — GREAT FALLS, MT

October 21st Liberty Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time Marketing/Communication Manager to join the credit union’s senior management team and work out of its RH School Office in Great Falls. The person in this position will direct all of the credit union’s marketing activities and processes and oversee the marketing budget while also working to increase financial awareness in the Great Falls community and Malmstrom AFB. This includes designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing data traffic and user metrics, and ensuring the consistency of 1st Liberty’s digital tone and presence. They will also help develop e-alert notices and direct marketing communications to help message initiatives, campaigns, programs, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience). UNIVERSAL ASSOCIATE — BOZEMAN, MT

September 30Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for a Universal Associate position in its Bozeman branch. The person in this role is responsible for assisting members with all aspects of their financial needs. The role is all-encompassing and requires the universal associate to advise all members on account options, sales solutions, service transactions, consumer loans, self-service channels, and high-level budgeting. They build positive relationships with current and potential members and directly contribute to the success of the credit union’s strategic goals by recognizing and detecting opportunities to build a deeper relationship with the member. September 25 – The Dakota Credit Union Association is seeking its next Chief Financial and Operations Officer.  The person in this positio is responsible for the fiscal management, internal operations, and human resources of the association. A degree in accounting or equivalent work-related experience is required, as well as proven managerial and supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. This position requires an on-site presence in the Bismarck office for a majority of functions, with the ability to work remotely on occasion. Occasional travel is required.

INDIRECT LENDING REP — BOZEMAN, BUTTE, GREAT FALLS, OR MISSOULA MT

September 17 Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for a part-time (20-24 hours/week) Indirect Lending Representative. This person in this role will support the Indirect Lending Team and provide direct service to indirect dealers, SwiftNote businesses, and credit union members. Their day would consist of verifying insurance vendors, funding loans, resolving any issues, and building and maintaining relationships with members and Clearwater partners. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work within precise standardized guidelines with some latitude to make decisions and take initiative to resolve problems or unique circumstances. The indirect lending rep will work directly with members and back up other positions as required. DIGITAL SERVICES MANAGER — KALISPELL, MT

September 13 –  Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Digital Services Manager for its Kalispell location. The person in this position is responsible for comprehensive risk assessments for Automated Clearing House (ACH) entries and overseeing the daily operations of the card services team, draft posting, and other back-office functions. In the course of their workday, they provide exceptional support to members and potential members, connecting them with the right credit union employees when needed. The Digital Services Manager will collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Services and the Contact Center Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations.

PAYMENTS REPRESENTATIVE — BOZEMAN, MT

August 30 Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for a full-time Payments Representative in Bozeman. The person in this position provides support on payments products like ACH, checks, wire transfers, debit and credit cards, mobile check deposit, bill pay, and Zelle. They process and reconcile payments to member accounts and the related general ledgers. The person in this position is also part of the team that monitors, identifies, and prevents fraudulent transactions. A successful applicant must be organized and be able to process quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy. They would be detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving skills, skilled in interpersonal communication and leadership, and have exceptional member service and telephone etiquette. Qualifications include a high school degree or equivalent as well as two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.

SALES MANAGER — BILLINGS, MT

VP of FINANCE — LIBBY, MT

The person in this position will play a fundamental role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the credit union and needs to be a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in finance and a passion for community-oriented service. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, particularly in Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL), be collaborative and adaptable, and excel in managing a dynamic work environment. Qualified candidates will have over 5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial institution accounting and management (including substantial supervisory and leadership roles) ideally within the credit union industry.
