September 11 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Senior Internal Auditor for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position performs financial and operational audits on all functions of the Whitefish Credit Union.

HEAD TELLER – KALISPELL, MT

September 11 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Head Teller for its Kalispell branch. The person in this position will maintain departmental efficiency through appropriate Teller training, assistance, and supervision. They will teach and model “members first” philosophy to all teller staff. They will also resolve or, when possible, head off problems and conflicts involving members and staff as well as stay abreast of, and train all tellers on all BSA regulations, general NCUA guidelines, fraud-related trends, and Whitefish Credit Union policies and procedures.

EVP/CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER – DALLAS, TX

TECHNICAL SERVICES ANALYST I – GREAT FALLS, MT

September 1 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking a Technical Services Analyst I. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing excellent software and hardware support for our diverse hosted suite of applications and internal infrastructure to our internal staff, external client base, and vendors in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have a technical background combined with experience providing excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve issues in a calm, confident, and time-sensitive manner is essential to this position. The Technical Services Analyst I will also play a vital role in converting new clients to MDT while making sure that client technical needs are in-line with our recommendations and minimum requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required. Applicants should have two years of experience diagnosing and resolving issues with endpoints, servers, peripherals, mobile devices, and applications along with two years of experience providing support in-person and via phone, email, chat, and a ticketing system. Applicants must also have experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Two-Factor Authentication, patch management, and VPN.

CLIENT SERVICE SUPPORT ANALYST – GREAT FALLS or HELENA, MT

September 1 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking a Client Services Support Analyst. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service and an advanced level of support to MDT’s client base. The analyst works with other resource center members to deliver faster turnaround times on requests and provide a higher percentage of first-contact resolution. This person in this position receives and answers application and technical questions and troubleshoots various system problems. The analyst uses an electronic ticketing system to support both internal and external clients and escalate requests to other departments and/or MDT partners. They courteously and promptly resolve questions and problems as assigned and maintain a professional relationship with clients. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of financial institution experience or 3 years of Symitar experience in an analytical or programming capacity. Additionally, two years of experience in a professional client-services position where client services was the primary job function is required.

  • Working Conditions: Working remotely until 1/3/2021. LOAN PROCESSOR – GREAT FALLS, MT

August 26 Embark Credit Union is accepting applications for a Loan Processor.  The person in this position provides processing support to the mortgage and consumer loan origination staff — this includes coordinating and completing document retention, processing changes to member’s loan data, protection of loan collateral through accurate processing and maintenance of titles, liens, and hazard insurance tracking along with processing paid loans and other processing support. This position is the primary consumer loan processor and is a back-up for the mortgage loan processor and will work closely with that position as well as with mortgage originators. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required and the preferred candidate will have 3-6 months of experience with consumer or real estate lending. The person in this position must exhibit the aptitude to embrace and respond appropriately to both change in the credit union and the changing financial environment.  In addition, they must have effective organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet established deadlines.

BUSINESS LOAN OFFICER – BUTTE, MT

August 19 Clearwater Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a Business Loan Officer in Butte, Montana. The person in this position is responsible for assisting business members with their commercial lending needs, being a resource of information for business members, and building stronger relationships in the business community. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to three years of business lending experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration or equivalent work experience. INTERNAL AUDIT DIRECTOR – MISSOULA, MT

August 19 Clearwater Credit Union is currently accepting applications for an Internal Audit Director at the credit union’s Southside Branch in Missoula. The person in this position is responsible for being the liaison to the credit union’s supervisory committee, creating the annual audit plan as well as coordinating internal and external audits, reviews, and examinations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of internal audit or related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a business-relevant field, and strong computer, training, and presentation skills. TITLE ASSISTANT – KALISPELL, MT

August 14 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Title Assistant for its operations center in Kalispell. The person in this position will assist and support the title area with the ordering and reviewing of title products and settlement statements. they will also follow up on final policies and review title company billing statements.

IT SYSTEMS MANAGER – GREAT FALLS, MT

June 8 1st Liberty FCU is looking for an IT Systems Manager. The person in this position will direct and implement all aspects of the credit union’s Core Data Processing System & Department. This includes maintaining, trouble-shooting any problems with the network & core data systems, internet, security hardware and software, negotiating contracts and conducting third party due diligence. They will also supervise, train, and mentor the IT staff as well as maintain policies and procedures of the department. Job candidates will have a college Degree in information systems, a comparable education, or a minimum of three years of core data systems, programming, report writing and network experience.
