EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT — MISSOULA, MT

March 20 Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for an Executive Assistant. The person in this position assists the executive team and board of directors with administrative duties, projects, organizing meeting logistics, meetings, and staff communication. In addition, their responsibilities include taking meeting minutes, helping with vendor management, and overseeing the Medallion Signature Guarantee program, the annual scholarship process, and credit union bond insurance. PROJECT MANAGER — KALISPELL, MT

March 20 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Project Manager for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position collaboratively develops, manages, and completes assigned Project Management Office (PMO) projects in a timely manner following standard project management processes. They partner with key stakeholders and collaboratively serve as the leader of their assigned project(s).


AG/COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER MANAGER — SIDNEY, MT

February 16 Richland Federal Credit Union is currently seeking an Ag/Commercial Loan Officer Manager. The person in this position is responsible for loan portfolio growth and directing the activities of the credit union’s ag/commercial loan officers. They will oversee and monitor the Ag/Commercial loan portfolio and ensure that all ag/commercial lending activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and are delivered professionally and efficiently.  They will also train, coordinate, supervise, and appraise the ag/commercial loan officers. These responsibilities require frequent interaction with the credit union’s CEO, retail lending manager, and regional managers.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR — KALISPELL, MT

February 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Network Administrator for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position supports assigned systems and infrastructure for the credit union on both internal and cloud platforms. They are responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of all WCU network communications, including but not limited to LAN/WAN/WLAN, fiber, telecommunications, and unified communications systems.


ACCOUNTING MANAGER — KALISPELL, MT

February 6 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Accounting Manager for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position oversees the day-to-day activities of the accounting department and is responsible for meeting the department’s deadlines along with a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, and forecasting. They manage a team of accountants — allocating and managing work to achieve expected outcomes, developing team member capabilities, and recognizing excellent contributions to the credit union and our membership. The Accounting Manager also assists the VP/Controller in internal and external audit activities as well as successfully completing and meeting regulatory and tax reporting and filing requirements.


COLLECTOR II — KALISPELL, MT

February 3 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Collector II for its Kalispell collections department. A person in this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining continuous contact with members who have delinquent loans or accounts and serving as a liaison between those members and the collections manager.  They work proactively with all consumer, residential, and commercial loan officers (along with all members of their respective branches/departments) to garner information and facilitate gathering payments from members with past-due loans or overdraft accounts. They pursue win-win outcomes that both reduce outstanding member debt and maintain positive member relationships. They participate in maintaining a financially sound loan portfolio through early delinquency control and follow up on late-stage collection efforts that include repossession, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collection agency account referrals.


MICROSOFT SYSTEMS ENGINEER 1 — GREAT FALLS, MT

September 14 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer I o work in its Great Falls office. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining smooth operations of all of MDT’s systems and applications. They provide technical support to users and clients as needed, diagnose and resolve systems and application problems, and monitor system security, backup, and overall system protection. They also evaluate, recommend, and implement system software and hardware and assist in the development of IT strategies and policies. They are expected to maintain professional business relations with clients and outside contacts while keeping management well informed of area activities. BRANCH SUPERVISOR — SHELBY, MT

August 25 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a Branch supervisor for its branch in Shelby, Montana. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising and directing the operations of a small branch for a full-service credit union.  These duties include, but are not limited to overseeing operational, accounting, marketing, and loan processes. They will be responsible for loan underwriting and lending decisions, building deposits and loan relationships, and promoting sales of products/services along with retaining and building relationships with members. They will also recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and supervise support staff as well as monitor the branch facility and its equipment needs. The ideal branch supervisor candidate must be service-oriented and possess strong analytical, computer, communications, planning, and organizational skills.
