September 29 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union, a credit union with approximately $95M in assets and located along the historic Missouri River in Great Falls, Montana, is currently looking for a Real Estate Manager. The person in this position will provide complete and compliant real estate, home equity, advances and FHA Title I loan service to members. They will interview, advise, originate, underwrite and approve/deny loans. They must have knowledge in and be able to underwrite secondary market FHA, VA, conventional, and RD loans as well as be able to act as a backup to our consumer loan processes and approvals. The successful candidate will have either a business degree or two years of financial lending experience. September 27 Intrepid Credit Union is accepting applications for its Branch Manager position in Bozeman. The branch manager is responsible for providing a broad variety of services to the credit union’s members, including accepting incoming loan applications through walk-in, online, inbound and outbound calls, signing and funding approved applications, opening and closing accounts (including CDs and IRAs), assisting members with questions and cross-selling appropriate credit union products and services, and business development in the Bozeman community through leveraging the Intrepid Credit Union brand. The person in this position will serve as the primary contact for many members and be responsible for the overall management of the branch staff and operations.

August 25 Montana Credit Union is currently seeking a VP of Lending and Member Services, to serve on its executive leadership team. The person in this position is involved in making organizational and strategic decisions and responsible for directing and monitoring day-to-day member services, lending, secondary market real estate, and collection operations while ensuring that established goals and objectives are met. They participate in establishing a budget of operations, including incentive plans, and ensure the team functions within budget and its goals are met. They will maintain current knowledge on compliance issues and formulate or recommend changes in operating procedures and policies accordingly along with leading in the development of new products and services. They will also actively participate in the Asset/Liability Committee to make sure the credit union maintains adequate levels of capital, liquidity, and pricing spreads. They will oversee and maintain loan analytics software and are responsible for the oversight of the credit union’s indirect lending program. September 14 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer I o work in its Great Falls office. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining smooth operations of all of MDT’s systems and applications. They provide technical support to users and clients as needed, diagnose and resolve systems and application problems, and monitor system security, backup, and overall system protection. They also evaluate, recommend, and implement system software and hardware and assist in the development of IT strategies and policies. August 12 Daniels Sheridan Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Loan Officer at its Scobey location. The credit union’s loan officers are responsible for interviewing current and potential borrowers; analyzing loan applications, supporting documentation, and applicants’ credit history; gathering background information and documentation; and approving loans based on underwriting and analysis. The position does entail working with borrowers in consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture areas. The person in this position is expected to build and maintain relationships with members and coworkers, to handle member information professionally and confidentially, to work independently at times, and to maintain and promote the credit union in a positive manner. They must also be able to obtain their Insurance Provider License (Paid Training). We would prefer experience in business, agriculture, or both, but are willing to train applicants as needed.

June 15 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a Branch Supervisor for its branch located in Shelby, Montana. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising and directing the operations of a small branch for a full-service credit union.  These duties include, but are not limited to overseeing operational, accounting, marketing, and loan processes. They will be responsible for loan underwriting and lending decisions, building deposits and loan relationships, promoting sales of products/services along with retaining and building relationships with members. They will also recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and supervise support staff as well as monitor the branch facility and its equipment needs. The ideal candidate must be service-oriented and possess strong analytical, computer, communications, planning, and organizational skills. June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Digital Services Representative I for its Kalispell Operations Center. The ideal candidate will serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly “voice” of Whitefish Credit Union. They will receive incoming calls and determine the products, services, or resources that the member either requires or from which the member could benefit. They provide direct support services to members and potential members and connect them with the appropriate WCU staff representative if they’re unable to provide direct support.


June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Collector I for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining continuous contact with credit union members who have delinquent loans or accounts, serving as a liaison between those members and the special assets manager. They work proactively with internal staff to garner information and facilitate gathering payments from members with past-due loans while pursuing win-win outcomes that both diminish outstanding member debt and maintain positive member relationships. The collector participates in maintaining a financially sound loan portfolio through early delinquency control.
