CONSUMER LOAN OFFICER — BOZEMAN, MT

July 11 Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for a full-time Consumer Loan Officer in Bozeman. The person in this role will process and decision loan applications based on established guidelines, while building strong relationships with Clearwater members. A successful applicant must be goal-oriented and have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.  This fast-paced environment requires strong attention to detail and the ability to make informed, rational lending decisions based on policy and procedure.  The applicant must be committed to gaining knowledge of the credit union philosophy, products, and services, to effectively offer solutions to improve the financial lives of our members. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills and strong computer skills.  One to three years of lending experience is preferred.

UNIVERSAL ASSOCIATE — BOZEMAN OR BUTTE, MT

July 11 Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for two full-time Universal Associate positions, one in Bozeman and one in Butte. A person in this role is responsible for assisting members with all aspects of their financial needs. The role is all-encompassing and requires the Universal Associate to advise all members on account options, sales solutions, service transactions, consumer loans, self-service channels, and high-level budgeting. The Universal Associate builds positive relationships with current and potential members and directly contributes to the success of the credit union’s strategic goals by recognizing and detecting opportunities to build a deeper relationship with a member. Applicants must be comfortable working in an open environment, have strong communication skills, be flexible, and be a team player. Additional requirements include the ability to provide exceptional service, multitask, recognize needs, and create solutions. MARKET PRESIDENT — HELENA or BOZEMAN, MT

May 19 – Intrepid Credit Union is seeking a Market President to lead local market growth while strengthening its member-first culture. The person in this role will serve as the face of Intrepid Credit Union in a designated geographic region (Helena and Bozeman) — leading market strategy, business development, and community engagement. This position is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven leader who thrives on building local partnerships, promoting brand visibility, and driving member growth. The Market President will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing team that reflects the community and focuses on service excellence, community impact, and financial performance. The ability to lead with authenticity, communicate effectively, and build trust across all levels will be vital. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated success in market or regional leadership, business development, and community engagement. A strong understanding of retail banking and strategic execution is essential. Prior credit union experience is a plus.

TRAINING ASSISTANT — GREAT FALLS, MT

March 13 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is searching for a Training Assistant to work out of its RH Scott Branch. The person in this role supports the credit union’s Trainer with staff onboarding, training, and development programs. They are responsible for evaluating and identifying the credit union’s raining needs along with finding or developing and, then, maintaining solutions for instructional best practices to meet those needs. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience performing teller transactions. opening and maintaining accounts, and processing consumer loan applications. LOAN OFFICER — SCOBEY, MT

February 24 –  Daniels Sheridan Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Loan Officer at its Scobey location. The credit union’s loan officers are responsible for interviewing current and potential borrowers; analyzing loan applications, supporting documentation, and applicants’ credit history; gathering background information and documentation; and approving loans based on underwriting and analysis. The position entails working with borrowers in consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture areas. The person in this position is expected to build and maintain relationships with members and coworkers, handle member information professionally and confidentially, work independently at times, and maintain and promote the credit union in a positive manner. They must also be able to obtain their Insurance Provider License (paid training). The credit union would prefer experience in business, agriculture, or both, but is willing to train applicants as needed.
