MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER — BOZEMAN, GREAT FALLS, HELENA OR KALISPELL, MT

June 2 – As its real estate department continues to grow, Clearwater Credit Union is accepting applications for an experienced full-time Mortgage Loan Officer from either the Bozeman, Great Falls, Helena, or Kalispell area. This individual will be part of Clearwater’s real estate lending team. They will help the credit union continue to establish its presence and build relationships within its newly added field of membership by providing home loans and being a resource for members. The position requires excellent customer service, strong decision-making skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to be a reliable team player. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of conventional and government loans, real estate law, and secondary market guidelines. They will also have 5+ years of experience in lending and a proven record of effective networking and business development.

MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE — KALISPELL, MT

June 1 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for full-time Member Services Representatives for its Kalispell branch. Whitefish CU’s MSRs serve as a professional, knowledgeable and friendly voice of the credit union’s member service and lending. They open new member accounts, process loan requests from members for personal lines and loans, and provide member services such as notary, payment processing, research, etc.


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICE — FAIRBANKS, AK

May 23 Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union, a credit union with over $200 million in assets located in Fairbanks, Alaska, is currently in search of a finance and accounting professional to serve as their Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will oversee general accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, asset liability management, and investments. They will also serve as the main point of contact for financial exams and will be charged with providing analytical data on the fiscal operations of the credit union to assist in strategically guiding the organization. The successful candidate will possess keen problem-solving skills, be well versed in analytics, and have extensive experience with modern-day financial software systems and packages. Five plus years of experience in managing fiscal operations for a financial institution and a bachelor’s degree are required.

COLLECTION SUPERVISOR — GREAT FALLS, MT

April 24 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a full-time Collection Supervisor for one of its branches in Montana. The person in this position will direct, oversee, and supervise all aspects of the credit union’s collection activities, including collections staff, programs, bankruptcy process and laws, and monthly reporting. They will also oversee collection efforts, delinquency resolutions, and recovery efforts like collateral protection insurance, mortgage delinquency, mortgage hazard insurance, and property tax assignments. They will be responsible for preparing and overseeing collection policies and procedures relative to compliance regulation, keeping management informed, and helping to maintain the safety and soundness of the credit union. HR ASSISTANT — GREAT FALLS, MT

April 24 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a full-time HR Assistant for its R.H. Scott branch office in Great Falls, Montana. The person in this position will be supporting the job activities of the Human Resource Director, which will include general accounting, GL reconcilements, clerical, assisting with wellness for the credit union, and various other projects that require detailed research, problem-solving, taking and transcribing minutes, updating the personnel database, making timesheet and payroll entries, along with various filing, file maintenance/coping and additional duties as assigned by the H.R. BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST — KALISPELL, MT

April 21 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Business Systems Analyst for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this IT position is responsible for optimizing efficiencies throughout the organization by performing process evaluation, software configuration, and implementation of new applications to our suite of banking solutions. They provide tiered support of banking software systems including enhancements to existing systems.


MICROSOFT SYSTEMS ENGINEER 1 — GREAT FALLS, MT

May 15 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer I o work in its Great Falls office. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining smooth operations of all of MDT’s systems and applications. They provide technical support to users and clients as needed, diagnose and resolve systems and application problems, and monitor system security, backup, and overall system protection. They also evaluate, recommend, and implement system software and hardware and assist in the development of IT strategies and policies. They are expected to maintain professional business relations with clients and outside contacts while keeping management well informed of area activities. BRANCH SUPERVISOR — SHELBY, MT

August 25 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a Branch supervisor for its branch in Shelby, Montana. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising and directing the operations of a small branch for a full-service credit union.  These duties include, but are not limited to overseeing operational, accounting, marketing, and loan processes. They will be responsible for loan underwriting and lending decisions, building deposits and loan relationships, and promoting sales of products/services along with retaining and building relationships with members. They will also recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and supervise support staff as well as monitor the branch facility and its equipment needs. The ideal branch supervisor candidate must be service-oriented and possess strong analytical, computer, communications, planning, and organizational skills.
