PRESIDENT/CEO — SIDNEY, MT

June 10 Richland Federal Credit Union, a growing $110 million credit union located in the agricultural community of Sidney, MT, in the Lower Yellowstone River Valley, is seeking an individual to succeed their retiring president/CEO. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction in all areas of credit union operations and assist the board in setting the long-term strategic vision for the credit union. They must have a thorough understanding of investments, with agricultural and consumer lending experience a plus. PRESIDENT/CEO — GREAT FALLS, MT

April 28 Russell Country Federal Credit Union, a credit union with approximately $95M in assets and located along the historic Missouri River in Great Falls, Montana, is currently seeking a financial executive to serve as its President/CEO. Reporting directly to the board of directors, this individual will be tasked with instilling a strategic vision throughout the organization that will strengthen the financial performance of the credit union, expanding the organization’s community presence and brand while increasing both membership and loan growth.  The successful candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, be well-versed in compliance and regulatory standards, and possess extensive experience in coaching and mentoring staff.  The successful candidate must also be experienced in the following credit union operations: branch operations, marketing, lending, IT operations, and accounting/finance. BRANCH MANAGER I — KALISPELL, MT

June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Branch Manager I for its Central Kalispell branch. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the integrity of the operations practices at their assigned branch. They develop new deposit and loan business, provide a superior level of member relations, and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. They are also responsible for achieving individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retaining current account relationships. The branch manager provides leadership, training, and supervision and knows how to delegate. They participate in community affairs to increase the credit union’s visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities.


BRANCH SUPERVISOR — SHELBY, MT

June 15 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a Branch Supervisor for its branch located in Shelby, Montana. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising and directing the operations of a small branch for a full-service credit union.  These duties include, but are not limited to overseeing operational, accounting, marketing, and loan processes. They will be responsible for loan underwriting and lending decisions, building deposits and loan relationships, promoting sales of products/services along with retaining and building relationships with members. They will also recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and supervise support staff as well as monitor the branch facility and its equipment needs. The ideal candidate must be service-oriented and possess strong analytical, computer, communications, planning, and organizational skills. DIGITAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE — WHITEFISH, MT

June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Digital Services Representative I for its Kalispell Operations Center. The ideal candidate will serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly “voice” of Whitefish Credit Union. They will receive incoming calls and determine the products, services, or resources that the member either requires or from which the member could benefit. They provide direct support services to members and potential members and connect them with the appropriate WCU staff representative if they’re unable to provide direct support.


COLLECTOR I — KALISPELL, MT

June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Collector I for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining continuous contact with credit union members who have delinquent loans or accounts, serving as a liaison between those members and the special assets manager. They work proactively with internal staff to garner information and facilitate gathering payments from members with past-due loans while pursuing win-win outcomes that both diminish outstanding member debt and maintain positive member relationships. The collector participates in maintaining a financially sound loan portfolio through early delinquency control.


MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE — KALISPELL, MT

June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Services Representative for the digital services department in its Kalispell Operations Center. The credit union’s MSRs serve as a professional, knowledgeable and friendly “voice” of Whitefish Credit Union’s member service and lending. They open new member accounts, process loan requests from Members for personal lines and loans, and provide Member services such as notary, payment processing, research, etc.


HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST — GREAT FALLS, MT

June 10 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist, who will be responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. They will aid in the hiring and recruitment process and assist in maintaining the human resource database, employee records, and files as well as handle payroll processing and track and report payroll information. They will complete assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and any other information assigned. They will be responsible for implementing and tracking employee performance appraisals, help administer changes to various benefits, and provide recommendations regarding the development and administration of human resource policies and programs. They will also assist in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed.

PROJECT MANAGER — GREAT FALLS, MT

The project manager’s role at MDT is to plan, execute, and finalize project deliverables according to strict deadlines. They will work with the client to define the project objectives and deliverables and ensure that those are carried out to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. BRANCH MANAGER — BOZEMAN, MT

June 1 Intrepid Credit Union is accepting applications for a Branch Manager at its Bozeman location. They check functionality and ensure that programming code passes the established guidelines before implementing it into production. This position is fully remote with a work schedule of Wednesday through Sunday 6 p.m. – 3 a.m. Mountain Time.

REAL ESTATE MANAGER — GREAT FALLS, MT

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER — BUTTE, MT

February 14 Mile High Federal Credit Union is seeking a qualified professional to lead the credit union in the role of Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will have financial institution experience and a background in accounting. The position will include monthly and daily balancing, general ledger accounts, investments, accounts payable duties, assisting with quarterly call reports, financial audits and regulatory exams, reconciliation of corporate accounts, policy and procedure updates, risk assessments, and objectives in the strategic plan. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and motivational skills, be a team builder, and will lead the credit union regarding accounting goals. Experience in a financial institution is preferred a degree in finance or accounting or 3+ years of accounting experience will be considered.
