COLLECTIONS MANAGER — KALISPELL, MT

August 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Collections Manager for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position will evaluate and direct all members of the collections department. They’ll work with all levels of employees at the credit union as well as senior management to make sure that collection goals are being met.


LOAN OFFICER — SCOBEY, MT

August 12 Daniels Sheridan Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Loan Officer at its Scobey location. The credit union’s loan officers are responsible for interviewing current and potential borrowers; analyzing loan applications, supporting documentation, and applicants’ credit history; gathering background information and documentation; and approving loans based on underwriting and analysis. The position does entail working with borrowers in consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture areas. The person in this position is expected to build and maintain relationships with members and coworkers, to handle member information professionally and confidentially, to work independently at times, and to maintain and promote the credit union in a positive manner. They must also be able to obtain their Insurance Provider License (Paid Training). We would prefer experience in business, agriculture, or both, but are willing to train applicants as needed.

VICE PRESIDENT — LINCOLN, NB

July 7 Spirit of America Federal Credit Union in Lincoln, Nebraska is hiring a Vice President. The position is focused on operations, accounting, and compliance. The responsibilities include regulatory compliance (including NCUA reporting and compliance), investment and deposit activity, records preservation, security, monthly financial reports, and vendor relationships. The person in this position will also assist the president/CEO with HR and other duties as assigned (such as research, projects, and new services) along with research and reports for the credit union’s board. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration and have experience working in financial institutions, preferably with a federally chartered credit union.

  • Compensation: This is a salaried position with a starting salary of $51,624 – $64,518

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Consumer Lending will be a member of the credit union’s senior management team responsible for leading originations, processing, servicing, and collection of consumer loans. BRANCH SUPERVISOR — SHELBY, MT

June 15 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a Branch Supervisor for its branch located in Shelby, Montana. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising and directing the operations of a small branch for a full-service credit union.  These duties include, but are not limited to overseeing operational, accounting, marketing, and loan processes. They will be responsible for loan underwriting and lending decisions, building deposits and loan relationships, promoting sales of products/services along with retaining and building relationships with members. They will also recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and supervise support staff as well as monitor the branch facility and its equipment needs. The ideal candidate must be service-oriented and possess strong analytical, computer, communications, planning, and organizational skills. DIGITAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE — WHITEFISH, MT

June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Digital Services Representative I for its Kalispell Operations Center. The ideal candidate will serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly “voice” of Whitefish Credit Union. They will receive incoming calls and determine the products, services, or resources that the member either requires or from which the member could benefit. They provide direct support services to members and potential members and connect them with the appropriate WCU staff representative if they’re unable to provide direct support.


COLLECTOR I — KALISPELL, MT

June 15 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Collector I for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining continuous contact with credit union members who have delinquent loans or accounts, serving as a liaison between those members and the special assets manager. They work proactively with internal staff to garner information and facilitate gathering payments from members with past-due loans while pursuing win-win outcomes that both diminish outstanding member debt and maintain positive member relationships. The collector participates in maintaining a financially sound loan portfolio through early delinquency control.


PROJECT MANAGER — GREAT FALLS, MT

June 10 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking a Project Manager. The project manager’s role at MDT is to plan, execute, and finalize project deliverables according to strict deadlines. They will work with the client to define the project objectives and deliverables and ensure that those are carried out to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, defining tasks required to complete the project, building a project plan, and coordinating efforts of MDT, Symitar, and credit union team members to deliver the project on time. When applicable, the project manager will coordinate third-party vendors to work with MDT and credit union clients. They are responsible for overseeing quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle.

REAL ESTATE MANAGER — GREAT FALLS, MT

June 24 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union, a credit union with approximately $95M in assets and located along the historic Missouri River in Great Falls, Montana, is currently looking for a Real Estate Manager. The person in this position will provide complete and compliant real estate, home equity, advances and FHA Title I loan service to members. They will interview, advise, originate, underwrite and approve/deny loans. They must have knowledge in and be able to underwrite secondary market FHA, VA, conventional, and RD loans as well as be able to act as a backup to our consumer loan processes and approvals. The successful candidate will have either a business degree or two years of financial lending experience. May 26 Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is currently seeking an Application Support Representative. The person in this position is responsible for answering and resolving after-hours support calls and supporting team members and other departments on all operational and application tasks. They will assist with the support, maintenance, and analysis of the Symitar core system application, MDT File Transfer Automation services, and ancillary applications in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and deadlines. They check functionality and ensure that programming code passes the established guidelines before implementing it into production. This position is fully remote with a work schedule of Wednesday through Sunday 6 p.m. – 3 a.m. Mountain Time.
