The Montana Credit Union League Group Benefit Trust was formed in 2007 as a cooperative endeavor by the membership of the Montana’s Credit Unions. The Trust provides partially self-funded health insurance for medical, dental, vision, and the Healthy You! Wellness Program. Through LifeMap we offer an EAP, employer paid Group Life benefits such as Life, AD&D and Disability, and employee paid Voluntary Life products such as Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Dental and Vision. Healthy You! will connect you to the online wellness portal. Navitus in our new pharmacy benefit manager. Contact them at Navitus Customer Care at 866.333.2757, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your Rx benefits. miHealth Manager will be your access point to your medical claims, network information, the wellness portal, and other key features. You will need your ID card to register for your account. Just click on the image below to access the benefit you need.

In September 2013, the Trust added employer paid group benefits- Life, AD&D, Short and Long Term Disablity Life, through a fully-insured arrangement with regionally-based LifeMap. In July 2014 the Trust added employee paid voluntary benefits which have grown to Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Dental and Vision.
