ELECTRONIC SERVICES SPECIALIST — KALISPELL, MT

January 2 — Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, is currently looking for an Electronic Services Specialist for its Kalispell Operations Center. This position, which reports to the electronic services manager, completes automatic clearing house, online banking, debit/credit card, and bill pay/payroll job duties as assigned. An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or banking is preferred as is 1-2 years’ professional experience with EFT or accounting procedures.

REAL ESTATE QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST — KALISPELL, MT

December 26 — Whitefish Credit Union is currently looking for a Real Estate Quality Assurance Specialist for its Kalispell Operations Center. This position will assist and support the quality assurance supervisor with all facets of new real estate loans, paid-off real estate loans, real estate loan purchasing, and real estate loan refinancing. Assist with all other functions of quality assurance as needed, including, but not limited to, the processing of consumer and commercial loans. A high school diploma is required; an associates or bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or banking is preferred. One-to-two years of professional experience with accounting or lending procedures is also preferred.

 TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR — GREAT FALLS, MT

November 30 — 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is looking for a Technology Director. The person in this position is will direct, oversee, organize, supervise and implement all aspects of the credit union’s core data processing system and department. In addition, s/he will be responsible for creating and developing system report, assisting upper management with projects, and routinely testing various equipment and systems pursuant to the credit union’s disaster recovery plan. The ideal candidate will have an IT background and at least three years of previous management experience as well as three years of core data systems, programming, report writing, and network experience. A college degree in information systems or a comparable education is preferred. CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR — KALISPELL, MT

December 19 — Whitefish Credit Union is currently looking for a Consumer Loan Processor for its Kalispell Operations Center. This position, which reports to the documentation and booking manager, processes disclosures and closing documents for consumer loans, creates and funds new loans according to regulation and WCU policy, reviews application input for accuracy and completeness, and offers clerical and customer service support to WCU staff. A high school diploma is required, and 1-2 years of professional experience with accounting or lending procedures is preferred.
