CREDIT UNION CEO — RAPID CITY, SD

Nov 3 Sentinel Federal Credit Union , a $100 million credit union headquartered in Rapid City, has launched a search for a Chief Executive Officer to replace the current CEO, who is soon retiring. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting business development activities and a willingness to participate in community and business events. The new CEO must have the ability to work collaboratively with the board to define the credit union’s strategic direction. He or she must be an experienced executive who can provide outstanding leadership and direction while overseeing the safety and soundness of the credit union’s financial structure. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required, as is a proven track record, high degree of integrity, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of three years of experience as a president/CEO or five years of responsible experience in a financial institution of equal or greater size as Sentinel is desired.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT — LIBBY, MT

Oct 12 Lincoln County Credit Union, a $109 million asset credit union located in the beautiful northwestern corner of Montana, is accepting applications for an Executive Vice President. The person in this position will be responsible for the credit union’s frontline and lending operations (supervising 6-10 staff) and provide input on strategic decisions and direction as a member of the senior management team. Candidates should have at least five years of progressive experience in operations, lending, and management at a financial institution, as well as proven leadership skills.
