The ideal candidate must have previous support experience, with previous credit union experience a plus. Experience with LaserPro, CreditQuest, DecisionPro, Symitar Episys core system, andor Synergy document management system, are preferred. Additional requirements include a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment; the ability to work with moderate supervision; and excellent organizational and follow-through skills. BRANCH MANAGER — MISSOULA, MT

The person in this position is responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the retail branch and being a source of information for employees and members. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER — WHITEFISH, MT

He or she should possess a vision for the future and exceptional leadership characteristics. This individual will be responsible for the daily operation of the credit union’s accounting and financial functions and for significant contributions to the formulation, implementation, and administration of credit union-wide policies and business goals. They will manage the credit union’s finances, including investments and securities as well as perform accounting and financial analysis and prepare and compile budgets and financial reports. Overseeing borrowing activities and establishing and maintaining relationships with lenders is a critical function of this position. In addition, this person in this position will direct the activities of subordinate managers and ensures all subordinate areas of responsibility support credit union policies, programs, and goals. He or she will facilitate the ALCO meetings and present financials at the monthly Board of Directors meetings.
