CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR — KALISPELL, MT

October 17 — Whitefish Credit Union, Montana’s largest credit union, is now accepting applications for a Consumer Loan Processor. The successful candidate will process disclosures and closing documents for consumer loans, as well as funding new loans according to regulation and Whitefish CU policy. Excellent problem-solving skills are required, as are strong analytical and organizational skills.  One to two years of experience with accounting or lending procedures is preferred. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

VICE PRESIDENT of HUMAN RESOURCES — GREAT FALLS, MT

Oct 16 Montana Federal Credit Union is currently recruiting a Vice President of Human Resources. This senior management level position is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, administration and coordination of payroll and benefits; performs actual payroll processing; employee recruitment and hiring; and initial orientation for new employees.  The VP of Human Resources participates in and coordinates implementation of the credit union’s strategic plan and is also responsible for assisting supervisors and management with all HR-related activities, providing education, support and coaching to assure compliance with credit union policies and related laws. This individual works with management to develop and maintain appropriate compensation scales for all levels of staff and works with management to develop and maintain an appropriate budget for HR activities.  A degree in a business related field, or certification as PHR or SPHR is preferred. Individual must have excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to successfully interact with all levels of staff and Board Members. This person must be able to speak in public, usually in a training format .

Oct 12 Lincoln County Credit Union, a $109 million asset credit union located in the beautiful northwestern corner of Montana, is accepting applications for an Executive Vice President. The person in this position will be responsible for the credit union’s frontline and lending operations (supervising 6-10 staff) and provide input on strategic decisions and direction as a member of the senior management team. The successful candidate will provide direction in all areas of credit union operations, be responsible for accounting functions, assist the board in setting the long-term strategic vision for the credit union, and supervise a small staff of 3 or 4 employees. This individual must have proven track record of problem-solving, organizational skills, and have a high degree of integrity. Preference will be given to candidates with credit union experience, including financial management.
