The package includes: 10′ wide x 6′ deep pipe and drape booth, one 6′ skirted table, two chairs, one electrical plug, wireless Internet, and a standard booth company name sign. It also includes full conference attendance and meals for ONE person (the Awards Dinner is additional). If you are planning to send more than one person, you need to sign up your “Additional Attendees” below.
You will also be listed in all expo materials, your logo will be included in PowerPoint presentation, and you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your company while announcing the winner of your giveaway prize item. Please bring one (1) item that will be given away during lunch on Thursday. You can display your item at your booth and we will collect names for you to draw from. Attendees must visit each booth in order to be eligible for the prize drawings. You will receive your booth assignment in an informational email coming in May.
Take advantage of the limited number of sponsorships (ranging in price from $500-$1,500) available for this conference. Our sponsors get additional exposure along with the opportunity to showcase their services. Here are the additional sponsorships available at Power Up broken down by sponsorship amount.
- $1,500 – 2 Drink Tickets sponsorships available. Choose to sponsor drink tickets on Wednesday night during the Expo or Thursday’s Reception.
- $1,500 – 1 Breakfast sponsorship available.
- $1,000 – 1 Annual Business Meeting Drinks sponsorship available, 1 Entertainment sponsorship, and 1 Wednesday Expo Appetizers sponsorship.
- $850 – 2 Keynote Speaker sponsorships available.
- $600 – 1 General Session Speaker sponsorship available.
- $500 – 1 Networking Break sponsorship available.
- $400 – 2 Breakout Session Speaker sponsorship available.
If you’re interested in one of these additional sponsorship opportunities, be sure to select them during registration.
To have an additional chance to network with Montana credit union professionals, consider participating in one of the FUNdraisers which benefit MCUCD and its programs – there is both a Golf and a Non-Golf option. Pricing for both these fundraisers is $125 per person.
Golf Hole Sponsorships are available for $150. If your organization would like to sponsor a hole (which includes on-the-course signage) be sure to add that option to your registration. Sponsors are welcome to register to golf but will not be allowed on the course if not registered for the fundraiser and on a golf team.
Non-Golf Sponsorships are available for $500. If your organization would like to sponsor this fun day of networking, drinking, and eating, please contact Michelle at michelle@mcun.coop. You do not have to participate in the fundraiser to sponsor this event. Your organization will get recognition throughout the non-golf fundraiser as well as our Power Up event.
