EDGE (Enhance the Development, Growth & Empowerment of Smaller Credit Unions) is Montana’s Credit Unions’ commitment to supporting credit unions with less than $150 million in assets. Through advocacy, education, resources, and connection, EDGE provides targeted opportunities that help smaller credit unions strengthen operations, develop leaders, navigate challenges, and build valuable peer relationships. From governance representation and scholarships to compliance tools, training, networking, and on-site support, the program is designed to meet credit unions where they are and help them thrive.
Most importantly, EDGE is built on listening, collaboration, and a shared commitment to ensuring every Montana credit union has the support needed to succeed.
