Introducing Personify Leadership Training

February 28, 2024 7:30 am

We could spend an entire blog telling you how important leadership development is to your credit union’s success, but you likely already know. If not, let us know, and we’ll tell you just how much it affects your recruitment, retention, and workplace culture efforts.

You know it’s important, we know it’s important, but honestly, who has time to shop around for a program that fits your unique credit union team and budget? Well, because it’s so important, we’ve taken care of the shopping. And since we’re excellent shoppers in general, we’ve found the perfect solution. Meet the Personify Leadership® program — an award-winning, fun, experiential, two-day program that’s now available in a credit union-specific model and facilitated by Montana’s Credit Unions.

Gerry Singleton, our President/CEO and certified trainer for Personify said of his experience in the program, “When I first went through the Personify Leadership program over a decade ago, I was able to immediately put the skills and tools into action, and I continue to use them daily. I am excited that Montana’s Credit Unions is bringing Personify Leadership® to the credit union movement. Together, we will make a difference with our employees, members, and communities one leader at a time.”

Since we know how busy you are, we have three different ways to take advantage of this program:

  1. By Date: Look for dates of events coming to a community near you. These events will be open to all credit union professionals.
  2. By Credit Union: If you would like training for several of your staff, this option is the one for you. You select attendance from your staff.
  3. Train the Trainer: This option is best for credit unions that would like their own Personify trainer in-house who have already completed Personify training.

Of course, we have more details and answers to your questions. Just visit our website or email Gerry for more information.
