We need your help… and your input

As part of our strategic planning process here at Montana’s Credit Unions, we’ve developed an annual engagement survey to gather more information about how our member credit unions view and use our core programs and services.

Last year, we surveyed credit union staff and learned a lot from their feedback. This year, we also want to receive input from your credit union board and supervisory committee members, too.  

Why your input matters

We’ll use your feedback to evaluate our current programs, set strategic priorities, allocate resources, and gauge our progress in providing the support and services that Montana credit unions (and you) need and want. 

The info we gathered from last year’s engagement survey helped us refine our strategy and, as a result, we deepened our advocacy champion program, launched and enhanced leadership programs, and added communities and connections. 

With your help, we can add your perspective as a credit union volunteer and garner even more insight this year!
