A video series from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) uses role playing to demonstrate and discuss strategies to ensure board meetings are effective. Effective meetings are those where all directors engage in healthy discussion, inquiry, and deliberation, resulting in decisions that support the members and the safety and soundness of the credit union. The four modules are available free and cover issues such as meeting agendas, minutes, and ongoing leadership recruitment and development.
