It’s time to submit your nominations for Montana’s 2024 annual credit union awards. We all know that employee retention is closely tied to recognition. In fact, a recent blog from awardco.com noted “employees who feel appreciated are 2X more engaged, 18% more productive, and 90% more satisfied at work. Recognition literally rewires how people show up.” Here are a few more stats from the blog:

• 75% of employees wish they felt more appreciated
• 45% only receive recognition once a year or less
• And 60% of managers think they give enough recognition — but only 35% of employees agree
