Kyle Mollet, risk manager with Rocky Mountain Credit Union, completed studies and testing in December to become a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist — a BSACS!

He joined the Rocky Mountain CU team six years ago as an MSR and is now part of the risk management team. His supervisor Tracy Thornburg expressed her pride in Kyle’s accomplishment with this statement, “Kyle brings a lot of knowledge and skills to the Risk Management department at RMCU. His attention to detail, inquisitive nature and dedication are shown each day as evident of his BSACS certification.”

CUNA’s BSACS program allows a credit union employee to showcase their “commitment to identifying the latest forms of illicit financial activities and understanding evolving Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.” It requires self-study and broad knowledge of the BSA. Way to go Kyle!
