Dr. Daisy Romo Appointed CEO of SKY Federal Credit Union

Livingston, MT — July 10, 2025 — Sky Federal Credit Union proudly announces the appointment of Dr. Daisy Romo as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Dr. Romo brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of leadership to the Montana-based credit union.

Before joining Sky Federal Credit Union, Dr. Romo served as the Executive Vice President at On Tap Credit Union in Golden, Colorado. In this role, she oversaw key areas including Cultural Stewardship, Marketing and Business Development, Retail Delivery and Member Experience, and Strategic Implementation. Her tenure was marked by the successful launch of numerous initiatives and the establishment of pivotal partnerships with organizations such as the Impact Development Fund, Colorado Housing Finance Authority, Freddie Mac, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Dr. Romo’s appointment signals a new chapter for Sky Federal Credit Union as it continues to expand its services and deepen its commitment to the communities it serves across Montana. Her strategic vision and dedication to member-focused solutions align seamlessly with Sky’s mission to provide exceptional financial services and community support.
