March 3 – Park Side Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Information Technology to lead its technology vision, cybersecurity posture, and IT operations. February 23 – 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is seeking an Executive Vice President to potentially succeed its current President/CEO, who plans to retire in the next 12-18 months. The person in this position reports directly to the President/CEO. LOAN OFFICER — GREAT FALLS, MT

February 5 Montana Credit Union is currently hiring for a Loan Officer to work in its Great Falls branches. The credit union’s loan officers are trusted financial advocates, guiding members toward lending solutions that empower their financial futures. This role involves interviewing applicants, analyzing their creditworthiness, approving or denying loans within authority, and ensuring that members fully understand their financial options. The loan officer also assists with account services and supports other transactional needs to deliver a seamless and personalized member experience. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one to two years of experience as a loan officer or in a financial services/lending role.


BRANCH MANAGER — KALISPELL, MT

January 7 Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a Branch Manager I to work in Kalispell. The person in this role is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the integrity of the branch’s operations. They develop new deposit and loan business, provide a superior level of member relations, and promote a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation, achieving individual and branch sales goals via the retention of account relationships and new business sales and referrals. The branch manager will provide leadership, training, and supervision. They will also know how to delegate. They will participate in community affairs to increase the credit union’s visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities. Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), though an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or banking is preferred, as is 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or banking and 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience. COMMERCIAL LOAN PROCESSOR — KALISPELL, MT

January 8 Whitefish Credit Union is searching for a Commercial Loan Processor to work in its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this role processes disclosures and closing disclosures for commercial loans following regulations and the credit union’s policy. They will assist originators in contacting members about their loan application and any other information needed to process the application. They will also offer clerical and customer service support to the commercial lending department in general. Applicants should have a high school degree or its equivalent with 1 to 2 years of professional banking or credit union experience. REAL ESTATE LOAN OFFICER — BUTTE, MT

LOAN OFFICER — SCOBEY, MT

August 24 –  Daniels Sheridan Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Loan Officer at its Scobey location. The credit union’s loan officers are responsible for interviewing current and potential borrowers; analyzing loan applications, supporting documentation, and applicants’ credit history; gathering background information and documentation; and approving loans based on underwriting and analysis. The position entails working with borrowers in consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture areas. The person in this position is expected to build and maintain relationships with members and coworkers, handle member information professionally and confidentially, work independently at times, and maintain and promote the credit union in a positive manner. They must also be able to obtain their Insurance Provider License (paid training). The credit union would prefer experience in business, agriculture, or both, but is willing to train applicants as needed.
