LOAN & MEMBER SERVICES SUPERVISOR — GREAT FALLS, MT

October 22 – Montana Credit Union is adding a Loan & Member Services Supervisor in Great Falls. This position plays a key leadership role and is responsible for overseeing front-line lending, indirect lending, and member service operations. The person in this position provides direct oversight of loan officers, member service representatives, and support staff to ensure exceptional member experiences, quality loan growth, and efficient day-to-day operations. The supervisor is in charge of fostering a high-performance, member-focused team whose work complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while working closely with other supervisors and senior leadership. AG/COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER — SIDNEY, MT

October 7 – Richland Federal Credit Union is now accepting applications for an Ag/Commercial Loan Officer II. The person in this position is responsible for developing appropriate lending relationships. This includes the ability to conduct thorough credit investigations, obtain the necessary information to make credit decisions, and communicate those decisions effectively. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a business- or accounting-related field, one to two years of experience in a financial institution/member service role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (three to five years of related job experience may substitute for education). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn business accounting systems are also required, as is the ability to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT — GREAT FALLS, MT

September 25 – 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is seeking an Executive Vice President to potentially succeed its current President/CEO, who plans to retire in the next 12-18 months. The person in this position reports directly to the President/CEO. REAL ESTATE LOAN OFFICER — BUTTE, MT

September 25 – Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for an outgoing, service-oriented individual to join its team as a Real Estate Loan Officer. The person in this role is responsible for helping members with their home lending needs and being a resource for information. LOAN OFFICER — SCOBEY, MT

August 24 –  Daniels Sheridan Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Loan Officer at its Scobey location. The credit union’s loan officers are responsible for interviewing current and potential borrowers; analyzing loan applications, supporting documentation, and applicants’ credit history; gathering background information and documentation; and approving loans based on underwriting and analysis. The position entails working with borrowers in consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture areas. The person in this position is expected to build and maintain relationships with members and coworkers, handle member information professionally and confidentially, work independently at times, and maintain and promote the credit union in a positive manner. They must also be able to obtain their Insurance Provider License (paid training). The credit union would prefer experience in business, agriculture, or both, but is willing to train applicants as needed.

HEAD TELLER — POLSON, MT

July 29 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Head Teller for its Polson branch. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining departmental efficiency through appropriate teller training, assistance, and supervision. They will teach/model the credit union’s “members first” philosophy for all teller staff and resolve or, when possible, head off problems and conflicts involving members and staff. The head teller will stay abreast of and train all tellers on all BSA regulations, general NCUA guidelines, fraud-related trends, and the credit union’s policies and procedures.

TRAINING ASSISTANT — GREAT FALLS, MT

July 1 – 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is searching for a Training Assistant to work out of its RH Scott Branch. The person in this role supports the credit union’s Trainer with staff onboarding, training, and development programs. They are responsible for evaluating and identifying the credit union’s training needs and, then, finding, developing, and maintaining solutions for instructional best practices to meet those needs. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience performing teller transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and processing consumer loan applications.
