June 2 – Fergus Federal Credit Union is searching for its next President/CEO to lead the $120M credit union located in central Montana. This person will provide strategic leadership to ensure sustainable growth and financial stability across the 13 counties the credit union serves. The position represents the credit union in rural and small-town communities and will collaborate with the Board of Directors to implement policies, long-term strategies, and financial performance goals for asset growth and lending programs. In addition to building strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders, the President/CEO carries the responsibility to lead and inspire staff, develop and execute strategies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
The board is searching for a proven leader with experience in financial services or credit unions. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, lending, and asset management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to community engagement and cooperative values.

They are the internal lead for paid search and either manage campaigns directly or partner with external agencies to drive performance. The role treats the website and paid search as one connected system, with the same person responsible for landing page quality, conversion tracking, and maintaining a feedback loop between site changes and ad performance. This individual contributor role has significant autonomy and visibility. They are expected to lead strategically within their domain while partnering closely with the digital marketing manager and external specialists. LOAN OFFICER — ANACONDA, MT
