PRESIDENT/CEO — LEWISTOWN, MT

June 2 – Fergus Federal Credit Union is searching for its next President/CEO to lead the $120M credit union located in central Montana. This person will provide strategic leadership to ensure sustainable growth and financial stability across the 13 counties the credit union serves. The position represents the credit union in rural and small-town communities and will collaborate with the Board of Directors to implement policies, long-term strategies, and financial performance goals for asset growth and lending programs. In addition to building strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders, the President/CEO carries the responsibility to lead and inspire staff, develop and execute strategies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

The board is searching for a proven leader with experience in financial services or credit unions. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, lending, and asset management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to community engagement and cooperative values.

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, WEB & SEARCH — can be located in OR, ID, MT, OR WA

June 11 – Horizon Credit Union is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist – Web & Search. The person in this position owns the hzcu.org website and manages its day-to-day operation. They are the internal lead for paid search and either manage campaigns directly or partner with external agencies to drive performance. The role treats the website and paid search as one connected system, with the same person responsible for landing page quality, conversion tracking, and maintaining a feedback loop between site changes and ad performance. This individual contributor role has significant autonomy and visibility. They are expected to lead strategically within their domain while partnering closely with the digital marketing manager and external specialists. This individual will be responsible for scaling member acquisition through digital channels (primarily using the website to drive growth), leading efforts to make Horizon highly visible online and ensuring that Horizon is accurately represented in the evolving AI-search environment. For more details, read the full employment application.

LOAN OFFICER — ANACONDA, MT

June 5 – Southwest MT Community Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time Loan Officer to join its staff. The person in this position is responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of moderately complex consumer, residential, equipment, commercial building and business loans in compliance with the credit union’s lending policies and procedures. They will develop relationships with members and promote the credit union by maintaining good customer relations and referring members to appropriate staff for new services. The position assists in achieving the credit union’s goals through active participation in sales management and marketing of the credit union’s products and services. MORTGAGE LOAN SUPERVISOR — GREAT FALLS, MT

May 28 – Montana Credit Union is looking for a dynamic Mortgage Loan Supervisor to lead its mortgage department and help grow its real estate lending program. The person in this position will oversee the daily operations of the mortgage department — ensuring efficient loan processing, sound underwriting practices, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service. They will play a critical role in driving productivity, coaching employees, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the credit union’s strategic growth objectives.

This role is responsible for the origination, underwriting, approval, closing, and overseeing the servicing of residential mortgage loans. They will work closely with members, vendors, title companies, real estate professionals, and internal departments to facilitate timely, accurate, and compliant mortgage lending services.
