The package includes: 8×4 booth, 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, one electrical plug, wireless Internet, and a standard booth sign. It also includes full conference attendance and meals for ONE person (the Awards Dinner is additional). If you are planning to send more than one person, you need to sign up your “Additional Attendees” below.
You will also be listed in all expo materials, your logo will be included in PowerPoint presentation, and you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your company while announcing the winner of your giveaway prize item. Please bring one (1) item that will be given away during lunch on Thursday. You can display your item at your booth and we will collect names for you to draw from. Attendees must visit each booth in order to be eligible for the prize drawings. You will receive your booth assignment in an informational email coming in May.
Take advantage of the limited number of sponsorships (ranging in price from $500-$1,500) available for this conference. Our sponsors get additional exposure along with the opportunity to showcase their services. Here are the additional sponsorships available at Power Up broken down by sponsorship amount.
- $1,500 — 2 Drink Tickets sponsorships available. Choose to sponsor drink tickets on Wednesday night during the Expo or Thursday night during the Reception.
- $1,000 — 1 Annual Business Meeting Drinks sponsorship available, 2 Entertainment sponsorships for either Wednesday or Thursday, and 1 Breakfast sponsorships.
- $850 — 1 Keynote Speaker sponsorship available.
- $600 — 2 General Session Speaker sponsorships available.

To have an additional chance to network with Montana credit union professionals, consider participating in one of the FUNdraisers which benefit MCUCD and its programs — there is both a Golf and a Non-Golf Sip and Paint option. Pricing for both these fundraisers is $120 per person.
Golf Hole Sponsorships are also available for $150. If your organization would like to sponsor a hole (which includes on-the-course signage) be sure to add that option to your registration.
New this year, a Pre-Con Virtual Wine Tasting…anyone can register and participate! This virtual event will take place on Tuesday, May 18, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. MDT and also benefit MCUCD.
Pricing for this event is $149 and includes 2 bottles of wine per person plus an educational session. You can choose to participate in-person if you’re going to be in Missoula on Tuesday or we will collect your mailing address at a later time and send the wine directly to you.
