CONNECTING THE DOTS WORKSHOPS
Professional Development for Credit Union Employees
Connecting the Dots is designed as a professional development path to connect employees to the credit union difference using the values, mission, and vision of the credit union movement. These workshops will develop your teams and employees as they connect the dots between knowing the credit union difference, how to communicate effectively, how to be professional, and how to be a leader — regardless of their title or role. There are four workshops in total. Each workshop is a half-day training that includes all tools, references, and materials.
Regional Workshops – $99 per participant
Regional training will be offered in the spring and fall of each year in seven towns across the state. Whitefish, Kalispell, Butte, Missoula, Bozeman, Billings, Circle or Glendive, Great Falls, and Helena. We’ll rotate through the four workshops in the curriculum. The next two workshops on the schedule are the following:
- Fall 2019 is Professional Development Skills
- Fall 2020 will be Blazing Trails
Direct workshops – $80 per participant
Choose from any of the four workshops and schedule Kendra to come and train your staff at a time that works best for you. There is a 15-participant minimum for these trainings. If you have a small staff and can’t spare 15 employees at a time, consider partnering with other credit unions to meet the 15-participant requirement. You provide the training space, and we’ll provide the workshop of your choice.

“Kendra was a very good trainer! She was so outgoing and included us all in the training. Kendra was so positive and made us all feel import whether we were new or long term at the credit unions! I would LOVE to attend another one of Kendra’s trainings.” —Jen, Great Falls participant
“I left this training energized to share my credit union why with co-workers, and I am committed to my professional image.” —Eastern Montana participant
