The Health Benefits Trust offers five different health plans along with a dental and vision plan. If you’re not certain which plan you’re covered under, check with your credit union. Click on the “Summary” link for the plan Summaries of Benefits and Coverage and the “Plan Document” link for the Plan Document. Please note the SBCs for 2024 are published below. Plan documents for 2024 are in the process of being updated, in the meantime, please consult the 2023 Plan Documents.
