UMACHA – Upper Midwest Automated Clearinghouse Association
UMACHA serves as the regional ACH association for financial institutions, affiliates, and partner organizations across Montana, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. It is the primary resource for ACH forms, training, and information and also presents a wide variety of educational sessions (in-person and via webinar and teleseminar) that focus on all aspects of electronic payments with special emphasis on ACH, image/check, wires, card, and emerging payments. UMACHA’s Compliance Services Team assists credit unions with their annual ACH audit, assessing risks when originating and receiving both ACH entries and RDC transactions, and making sure they have appropriate policies and procedures in place to limit their risk.
