Succession Planning

Contact: Tabitha Garvin at 800-745-5546, ext 132 or email.

Our facilitators will assist Boards and Management in discussing the essential issues to ensure sustainability and continuity of leadership for your credit union. A written succession plan is a critical board function and LSG is pleased to provide expert facilitators, industry information, and writing assistance. Plan for:

  • costs
  • potential problems
  • clear communication
  • retirement
  • emergencies

A facilitator will work with your board, asking the critical questions necessary to develop a succession plan that will incorporate the specific needs of your credit union and maintain flexibility.

Optional Enhancement

We have partnered with Yvonne Evers Consulting to bring our credit unions an online platform to support your succession plan and tracking for both boards and CEOs.
