A left-coast girl, Tracie has spent her entire career working in the credit union movement in Washington State, Oregon, Utah, and Montana. When not advocating for the preservation of cooperative credit, Tracie enjoys spending time with her family…she is married to a credit union CEO (not at typo, they keep it “all in the family”) and has a teen-aged daughter, which really means that her most important jobs are chauffeur, guidance counselor, and fashion consultant (not necessarily in that order, it depends on the day, err, minute).

She graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in journalism and is a serious Duck fan. She utilizes her expertise and ability to connect with people to spread the word about the good works of credit unions as the director of public relations and advocacy.
Alana is an advocate for children, isn’t afraid to put her hands in the dirt, and is typically up for a game of hide-and-seek. She is committed to shopping at thrift stores and driving cars owned by American companies. She relishes in enjoying the simple pleasures in life with her family.

That means everything from cheering at her kids’ sporting events, going camping and fishing in the summer, to taking adventurous trips to Disneyland in the winter.

|Donya Parrish has been working with Montana’s credit unions for 12 years. She oversees the association side of MCUN, including the compliance area, communication, and education departments. Donya serves as a lobbyist and voice to regulators, lawmakers, and government officials. Her goal is to ensure the dues support of MCUN is beneficial and affordable to credit unions and that they are always portrayed and recognized in the most positive light possible.
In her spare time, Donya helps her husband with his small business, spends time with her two children, spoils her springer spaniel, and cheers on the UM Grizzly football team. She is also an avid fan of baseball and loves to read. She believes that success is making the best choices we can… and accepting them.

In her free time, Beth hangs out with her family and friends, volunteers for various non-profits, and works on her photography and design skills. She loves the outdoors, often has her nose in a book, and is always ready to engage in a good conversation about credit unions or, well, just about anything.

Karen loves life on her family ranch with her husband, two kids, and fearless boxer (not your typical ranch dog). For Karen, the best days are those spent camping in the mountains (no campgrounds for this girl!) or relaxing on the river with family and friends.

|Ranel Smith | AVP- Education Services|
|Ranel Smith, CMP, supports Montana’s credit unions with education-related assistance, putting on up to 10 conferences and educational events throughout Montana every year. In addition, she assists the Credit Union Association of the Dakotas with their education event planning. In her role, she is charged with coming up with unique, fun conference themes, making sure meeting rooms are warm enough, and getting the correct title on everyone's name badge -- no matter how long that takes. In 2013 Ranel became only the fifth Montana meeting planner to achieve the Certified Meeting Professional designation through the Convention and Industry Council. This makes her now authorized to order enough bacon for a breakfast buffet and her CEO.
Ranel lives in Great Falls, MT with her husband and three children. She enjoys biking and running (sometimes from the neighbor’s dog) and attending her children’s activities in her spare time.

Tracy’s discovered the empty nest syndrome isn’t so empty, and when she's not talking compliance with credit unions, she enjoys the outdoors doing whatever, whenever she wants.
