Welcome and Keynote Address

Join us on Thursday morning, May 8th 8:30 a.m. at the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds for the opening session of the Annual Convention & Exposition.
Winning the Race in a Crowded Field
To quote the lyrics of a famous song of days gone by, “The race is on!” Welcome to life in the 21st Century.

In the financial world, the competition is especially fierce and the players are many. The pressure to perform at a winning level coupled with accelerated changes in the market place make for a grueling race to the finish. And it seems someone keeps changing the rules of the game, even to the point of moving the finish line!

Jack McCall’s opening keynote will focus on surviving and thriving in the running of any race, especially the race to deliver great member services, maintain customer base, and grow your credit union.

Be prepared to laugh….and learn!
