Expo at Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds

This year enjoy an entirely new expo experience at the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds in Helena. Start the day at 7:30 a.m. with a hot breakfast. Be one of the first 50 attendees at the Fairgrounds and enjoy a free vanilla latte from Mountain Mochahh. The coffee truck will be on hand for you to purchase specialty coffee during the event at the Fairgrounds from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Visit the event sponsor booths for your chance to pick your horse and place your wager on who will win the race at the Expo. Network with your peers and sponsors throughout the day.

The opening general session with Jack McCall, several other general sessions and a couple breakout sessions will be available during the day. Enjoy lunch from your choice of 3 food trucks available at the fairgrounds. Each truck will offer a special meal prepared for you (meal included in your registration fee). You will be given a choice when you check in to get your taste buds in gear for which delectable choice you will make!

When your minds are close to overflowing from powerful industry tips, we wind down the Expo with several tasty dessert options and sponsor prizes. If you took the trolley to the fairgrounds, it will be waiting to take you back to the Great Northern Hotel after the sponsor prize give-aways. Enjoy some downtime to rest or check out Helena before the annual business meeting followed by the evening reception, awards dinner and entertainment.
