Our facilitators will assist Boards and Management in discussing the essential issues to ensure sustainability and continuity of leadership. A written succession plan is a critical board function and LSG is pleased to provide expert facilitators, industry information, and writing assistance as you plan for:

• Clear communication
• Retirement
• Emergencies

A facilitator will work with your board, asking the critical questions necessary to develop a succession plan that will incorporate the specific needs of your credit union and maintain flexibility.

Fee Structure* ensures quality facilitators regardless of credit union size:

• Up to $5 million in assets - $300 (facilitation only) or $450
• $5 million up to $20 million - $600 (facilitation only) or $750
• $20 million up to $50 million - $700 (facilitation only) or $950
• Over $50 million - $950 (facilitation only) or $1250
