Succession Planning

Our facilitators will assist Boards and Management in discussing the essential issues to ensure sustainability and continuity of leadership for your credit union. A written succession plan is a critical board function and LSG is pleased to provide expert facilitators, industry information, and writing assistance. Plan for:

  • costs
  • potential problems
  • clear communication
  • retirement
  • emergencies

A facilitator will work with your board, asking the critical questions necessary to develop a succession plan that will incorporate the specific needs of your credit union and maintain flexibility.

Optional Enhancement

We have partnered with Yvonne Evers Consulting to bring our credit unions an online platform to support your succession plan and tracking for both boards and CEOs. The informational YouTube video below will give you a brief overview of the service.  Get the best of both worlds when you receive onsite succession planning facilitation coupled with this excellent online platform.  For pricing, please contact Tracie at 406-324-7203 or email.

Fee Structure* for onsite service ensures quality facilitators regardless of credit union size:

  • Up to $5 million in assets - $300 (facilitation only) or $450
  • $5 million up to $20 million - $600 (facilitation only) or $750
  • $20 million up to $50 million - $700 (facilitation only) or $950
  • Over $50 million - $950 (facilitation only) or $1,250
