Board of Directors Financial Literacy Policy- Amendments were made to policy 1235, Education & Volunteer Training Guidelines, to address the policy requirements stated in Letter 11-FCU-02.
Update 2011.2 in late August- Details were emailed on 8/31/2011 on how to incorporate this update. It includes two new policies (“Garnishment of Federal Benefit Payments” and “Unfair or Abusive Mortgage Lending Practices), twenty seven revised policies, one policy that was split into two policies, and one policy removed from the manual.
