EFT Specialist -- Kalispell, MT

Posted June 28 -- Whitefish Credit Union the largest credit union in Montana, seeks a full-time EFT Specialist. The successful candidate will support the credit union's online Bill Pay, debit card and wires processes, as well as serve as a valuable team member. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong multi-tasking ability, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail required. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or banking is preferred, as is one to two years of professional experience with EFT or accounting procedures.


Help desk Technician -- Great Falls, MT

Posted June 9 -- 1st Liberty FCU is looking for a full-time Help Desk Technician who is willing to be flexible with scheduled shifts for our RH Scott branch. This position is responsible for supporting the job activities of the Technology Director and the Technology Department, and the associated duties (but not be limited to) general clerical, technical support to end users, basic to intermediate technical programming and database management, multi-tasking and problem solving. Core Systems Analyst -- Kalispell, MT

Posted June 1 -- Whitefish Credit Union would like to hire a full-time Core Systems Analyst to assist in supporting and managing core systems and its related applications. The ideal candidate must have previous support experience, with previous credit union experience a plus. Experience with LaserPro, CreditQuest, DecisionPro, Symitar Episys core system, and /or Synergy document management system is preferred. Additional requirements include a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment; the ability to work with moderate supervision; and excellent organizational and follow-through skills.


Senior Credit Analyst -- Kalispell, MT

Posted May 23-- Whitefish Credit Union, a $1.2+ billion credit union in beautiful Whitefish, MT, seeks an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join its commercial lending department. The successful candidate will play the lead role in providing analysis for our commercial lenders. A minimum of five years of professional experience in credit/financial analysis is required. A Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills, mathematical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel.


Mortgage Loan Closer -- Kalispell, MT

Posted May 23-- Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Closer for its credit administration department. This position is responsible for processing closing disclosures and closing documents for real estate loans, according to regulation and Whitefish Credit Union policy. The ability to communicate effectively, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent member service skills are required. One to two years of professional experience with accounting or lending procedures is preferred.


Mortgage Loan processor-- Kalispell, MT

Posted May 23-- Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor for its credit administration department. This position is responsible for processing early disclosures and re-disclosures for real estate loans, according to regulation and Whitefish Credit Union policy. The ability to communicate effectively, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent member service skills, are required. One to two years of professional experience with accounting or lending procedures is preferred. 


Programmer -- Kalispell, MT

Posted May 12-- Whitefish Credit Union has a full-time position for a Programmer who will proactively find automated solutions to business processes for the credit union's growing IT department. The person in this position will design, write, and revise code for reporting and automation, as well as working with various departments to create workflows and automation. The ideal candidate must have proficiency with SQL scripting and similar database languages; web page creation with HTML, JavaScript, and .Net languages; and analyzing, converting, and merging data from disparate systems. A strong knowledge of scripting (VBScript, PowerShell, etc.) languages is required, as is familiarity with high availability database systems and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional. Additional requirements include familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 2010, proficiency with advanced features of Microsoft Excel 2010 including macro programming, and familiarity with basic networking and general PC support. Prior programming experience is required, and prior Symitar Episys or core banking experience is strongly preferred. Superior customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and follow-through skills also a must.
