Loan/Member Service Supervisor -- Great Falls, MT

Posted April 20 -- Montana FCU is currently looking to hire a Loan/Member Service Supervisor. This position plays an integral role at Montana FCU and offers a rewarding career with competitive pay and excellent benefits. The person in this position oversees lending and member service in branch. They are responsible for directing the efforts of their staff to ensure the smooth, efficient, and accurate performance of credit union services. They will manage their staff’s work schedule and coverage, make recommendations for hiring, recommend disciplinary actions, ensure staff is well trained, and produce employee evaluations. The person in this position serves as a mentor for staff, assures and adheres to policy compliance, and provides exemplary member service at all times. They will coach staff to promote our credit union’s philosophy and assist members in obtaining their financial goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate positive communication skills and create a constructive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience as a loan officer and at least four years of experience with a financial institution at a supervisory level. Document & Booking Supervisor -- Kalispell, MT

Posted April 20-- Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Documentation & Booking Supervisor for its Kalispell Operations Center. This position is responsible for overseeing documentation and booking in the Credit Administration Department, as necessitated by day-to-day operation and the VP of Credit Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of lending processes and regulations, as well as 1-2 years professional experience in loan operations procedures. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or banking is preferred but not required.


Member Business loan Officer -- Kalispell, MT

Posted April 20-- Whitefish Credit Union is looking to hire an experienced Member Business Loan Officer to join its commercial lending department. A minimum of two to five years of commercial lending experience, as well as excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills, are required. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of all commercial lending services, as well as the technical skills required to add significant value to the organization’s strategic goals. An A.A. or Bachelor’s Degree is required. An educational background in finance, accounting, or banking is preferred but not required.


Mortgage Loan Underwriter -- Kalispell, MT

Posted April 11-- Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a Mortgage Loan Underwriter. The ideal candidate will possess one to two years of professional experience with financial analysis and lending. Strong analytical and mathematical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects are required. Experience with troubled debt is preferred, as is an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.


CU League President/CEO -- Dallas, TX

Posted March 25-- The Cornerstone Credit Union League (CCUL), which serves more than 550 credit unions in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and  Arkansas, is conducting a nationwide search to replace its retiring President/CEO Dick Enzweiler. This individual will be charged with maintaining strong advocacy initiatives, strengthening affiliation, enhancing communications to promote credit union awareness and acting as the spokesperson representing CCUL on a regional and national level. More importantly, the successful candidate will be responsible for crafting the strategic vision of the organization, promoting the expansion of the league’s footprint and driving robust profitability for the service corporation. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of executive leadership experience, a fundamental understanding of the credit union industry’s dynamics and keen board relations experience. Posted March 25-- Whitefish Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative for its Kalispell branch. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public in a professional environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong multitasking ability, and attention to detail required. One to two years professional customer service experience is required, and consumer lending experience is desirable.


Teller -- Eureka, MT

Posted March 25Whitefish Credit Union, Montana's largest credit union, is looking to hire a full-time Teller for its Eureka branch. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public in a professional environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong multitasking ability and attention to detail required.
