Executive Director -- Great Falls, MT

Posted February 27 -- The Montana Cooperative Development Center (MCDC) is currently recruiting for an Executive Director. The primary goal of the executive director is to build economic development statewide through the formation of cooperatives. MCDC works with individuals who have little or no knowledge of the cooperative model and takes them step by step through the process of forming a cooperative. The executive director is responsible for management of a non-profit 501(c)3. Duties will include budget development and implementation, fund raising, public relations, and public speaking. Successful candidates must have a history of successful federal grant writing, as well as knowledge of economic business development and writing business plans. They must be energetic, excellent at both verbal and written communication, and have computer skills. Experience working with cooperatives and nonprofit organizations is preferred, but not required. The position will require extensive travel.

Member Service Rep -- Whitefish, MT

Posted March 3-- Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, seeks a full-time Member Service Representative I (MSR I) for its Whitefish branch. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public in a professional environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong multi-tasking ability and attention to detail required. One to two years professional customer service experience required and consumer lending experience desirable

Posted February 20 -- Whitefish Credit Union seeks a full-time Teller for its Thompson Falls branch. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public in a professional environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong multitasking ability and attention to detail required. At least one year of front-line customer service experience is desirable.

Real Estate Lender -- Missoula, MT

Posted January 20 -- Missoula FCU (MFCU) is currently looking for a Real Estate Lender. Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service and strong decision making skills and the ability to work within precise standardized guidelines. They must be a team player who is detail oriented and has knowledge of estate law and secondary market guidelines along with a proven record of effective networking and business development. Conventional and government loan knowledge is a plus. Selected candidate will also be expected to maintain member accounts, answer in-coming member calls, and gain a thorough understanding of MFCU products and services.

Branch Manager -- Eureka, MT

Posted January 12 -- Whitefish Credit Unionthe largest credit union in Montana, is seeking a Branch Manager for its Eureka branch. This position is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the integrity of the Eureka branch’s operations practices. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years supervisory experience in a banking or credit union environment; 3-5 years professional experience in accounting, finance, or banking; and a comprehensive knowledge of branch processes and regulations. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or banking is preferred. 

Administrative assistant -- WHITEFISH, MT

Posted October 24 -- Whitefish Credit Union, in the heart of Montana’s Flathead Valley, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. As an employee of the state’s largest Credit Union, the qualified candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties for the Senior Management Team, to facilitate the efficient operation of Whitefish Credit Union. Three to five years administrative experience, with at least two years of experience with providing support at a high level, is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience with working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment; as well as strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
