Marketing Assistant -- Great Falls, MT

Posted February 2 -- 1st Liberty FCU is looking for a Marketing Assistant, who will be based in our RH Scott Branch Office located just outside the front gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. The person in this position will assist the Communications/Product Development Director in creating and implementing marketing messages and materials that will project a positive credit union image and assist in meeting goals. Head Tellers -- Whitefish and Kalispell, MT

Posted January 28-- Whitefish Credit Union seeks a Head Teller for its Whitefish and Southfield Park branches. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public in a professional environment; and will possess excellent supervisory and organizational skills, strong communication skills and superior member service abilities. Two to three years of Teller experience is required. One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred, as is an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.


Programmer -- Kalispell, MT

Posted January 28-- Whitefish Credit Union seeks full-time Programmer to proactively find automated solutions to business processes for its growing Information Technology department. This position will design, write and revise code for reporting and automation, as well as working with various departments to create workflows and automation. The ideal candidate must have proficiency with SQL scripting and similar database languages; web page creation with HTML, JavaScript and .Net languages; and analysis, conversion, and merging of data from disparate systems. A strong knowledge of scripting (VBScript, PowerShell, etc.) languages is required, as is familiarity with high availability database systems and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional. Additional requirements include familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 2010; proficiency with advanced features of Microsoft Excel 2010 including macro programming; and familiarity with basic networking and general PC support. Prior programming experience is required, and prior Symitar Episys or core banking experience is strongly preferred. Superior customer service skills, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and follow-through skills also a must.


Teller -- Kalispell, MT

Posted January 28-- Whitefish Credit Union seeks a Teller for its new Southfield Park branch. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public in a professional environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong multitasking ability and attention to detail required. At least one year of front-line customer service experience is desirable.


Digital Marketing specialist -- Kalispell, MT

Posted January 27-- Are vector images, negative space, bleed-specs, SEO, usability and XHTML5 in your vocabulary? Do you geek out when you see great web/graphic design? Are you that “roll-up-your-sleeves” person who thrives on multitasking projects and meeting deadlines? Is using creativity as a tool to generate excitement and crush goals in your bag of tricks? Can you play nice with both humans and machines? If so, we should talk. Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a highly-creative digital wizard to fill the position of Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS). This marketing-minded candidate is deeply ingrained in digital culture. His/her primary duty is to ensure WCU’s digital presence is up-to-date, on-brand and seen as always relevant and leading in today’s online world. As a valuable member of the marketing team, the DMS will assist in department communications, graphic/web design, and community initiatives. This individual will also be responsible for implementing a content marketing strategy across current and emerging digital channels to enhance the online member experience, deepen product penetration, drive loan growth initiatives and increase utilization of e-services. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 3+ years equivalent agency experience, is required. Candidates must also have proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, HTML/CSS and mild Java Script. One to two years professional experience with graphic design is preferred, but not required. One to two years of professional experience with web design, SEO and social media tools including: Google Analytics/Dashboards is also preferred; as is familiarity with any of the following: Crystal Reports, MySQL, SQL, jQuery, PHP or MCIF.


Collection Agent -- Great Falls, MT

Posted January 11 -- 1st Liberty FCU is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, flexible Full-time Collection Assistant to join its team at RH Scott Branch, located just outside the front gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. The person in this position will be assisting the credit union's collection staff with maintenance of past due and NSF accounts. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, strong people skills, and a basic knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office. They must be flexible with scheduled shifts.
