Re-posted July 30 -- Montana FCU is seeking a Vice President of Lending to join our Senior Management Team. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring our day-to-day lending, real estate, and collections operations. Duties include monitoring compliance with changing regulatory environment, participation in strategic planning and ALM, assisting with development of the budget and working within established budget, establishing goals to motivate staff to achieve and exceed organizational expectations. Must have 8-10 years similar management experience in lending. Related college degree may be preferred. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate staff, as well as develop and maintain vendor and community leader relationships. Must have extensive knowledge of consumer, commercial and real estate lending practices including secondary market.  

human resources Administrator -- spokane, WA

Posted July 30 -- Horizon CU is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Human Resources team as an Administrator/Generalist at our headquarters in the Spokane Valley. This position supports the Human Resources Department with emphasis on recruiting, administration, and employee on-boarding. In addition, this position will support employee programs, daily HR operations, coordination of employee events, HRIS management, various projects and other HR responsibilities. Professionalism, confidentiality and an energetic positive attitude are absolute essentials of the position. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, though direct HR work experience may be substituted for education (HR Certification preferred). They must have five plus years' experience with recruiting, processing and supporting daily HR operations. Credit Union experience is a plus.

Posted July 28 -- Embark FCU is looking for a Member Service Representative. This full-time position is responsible for building relationships with and providing service to new and existing members. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and financial service experience is preferred.

Member Business Loan Officer -- WHITEFISH, MT

Posted July 20 -- Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, seeks an experienced Member Business Loan Officer to join its expanding commercial lending department. A minimum of two to five years of commercial lending experience, as well as excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills are required. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of all commercial lending services, as well as the technical skills required to add significant value to the organization’s strategic goals. An A.A. or Bachelor’s Degree is required. An educational background in finance, accounting or banking is preferred but not required.

Real Estate Loan Officer -- Missoula, MT

Posted July 17 -- Missoula FCU is s looking for an outgoing, service oriented individual to join its team as a Real Estate Loan Officer. The position qualifications are five or more years of experience in home lending, excellent customer service and decision making skills, the ability to work within precise standardized guidelines and pay close attention to details. In addition, the person in this position needs to know about conventional and government loans, as well as real estate law and secondary market guidelines. A proven record of effective networking and business development is preferred.

Consumer Loan Processor -- WHITEFISH, MT

The ideal candidate possesses one to two years of professional banking or credit union experience, as well as one to two years of professional experience with accounting or lending. Member service Representative -- Billings, MT

Posted July 7 -- Homestead FCU is hiring. This is an excellent opportunity to learn banking from the ground up! This is a small office environment with very diverse duties, so the ability to multi-task is essential. Training is provided in specific areas; however, you must demonstrate attention to detail, be bondable, and abide by office dress code. A basic knowledge of lending is desired. You will be performing basic clerical and receptionist duties to begin. There are also some teller duties. This position can progress to performing most of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operation of the credit union. Hours worked will vary between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon – Fri, and will total 25 to 35 hours per week.

Credit union employee -- Baker, MT

Posted March 3 -- Fallon County FCU, an $11 million dollar credit union in Baker, is looking to fill a long-term, full-time position for someone who can learn and handle all aspects of the credit union's workload. Located in Eastern Montana, the credit union has "loans popping at the seams" and the workload is very demanding. The person in this position will be required to learn all aspects of the credit union's day-to day-functions. Qualified candidates need to be able to work with members in a friendly, stress-free manner. The credit union is a "family" and needs someone who can adapt to local needs.
