Human Resource ASsistant or Generalist -- GREAT FALLS, MT

Posted July 2 -- Embark FCU is expanding its staff to include a Human Resource Assistant or Generalist. This position will oversee payroll and benefit administration, participate in and make recommendations regarding benefit, compensation, and performance management plans, maintain the employee handbook and related employment policies, conduct new employee orientation, assist in the hiring process, and provide periodic human resource training to managers and supervisors. This position reports to the CEO and does not directly supervise any employees. The preferred candidate will have at least three years of related HR experience and a college degree. 


Title Specialist -- Whitefish, MT

June 1-- Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, seeks Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, seeks a Title Specialist to join its Quality Assurance department. The ideal candidate must have two to three years of recent professional experience at a title company (or closely related field) and must enjoy working in a high-paced, professional environment. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong multitasking ability; and attention to detail required. 


Mortgage LOAN processor -- great Falls, MT

Posted July 2 -- Embark FCU is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor for portfolio and secondary market real estate loan processing. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of recent real estate processing experience. Embark is a full service, progressive employer making a difference in our members’ lives and in our community. This is a full time, non-exempt position with full benefits.


Mortgage Loan Officer -- miles city, mT

Posted June 16 -- Community 1st FCU, with branches in Miles City and Ekalaka, is searching for the right candidate to assume a leadership role in its mortgage lending department. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and actively seeking and developing new relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans, home equity loans, and consumer loans, while cross-selling the bank’s deposit and service products to satisfy member needs. Primary duties will include taking loan applications, coordinating the processing and closing of loans, consulting with and mentoring other mortgage lenders, overseeing related regulatory compliance, and managing underwriting, processing, and documentation systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field of study; at least three years of experience in residential mortgage lending (or a equivalent combination of education and experience), and NMLS designation or the ability to obtain NMLS designation via the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry.

Ag & Commercial Loan Officer -- Bowman, ND

Posted June 16 -- Dakota West CU has an open position for an Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer to work in our Bowman, North Dakota branch and cover Bowman, Slope, and Golden Valley counties along with areas in Adams County, ND. The candidate must be willing to travel, enjoy meeting and working with the public, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Two years agricultural and/or commercial lending experience preferred.


Loan Officer -- hamilton, mT

Posted June 4 -- Ravalli County FCU is hiring an experienced Loan Officer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of consumer and mortgage lending experience. The person in this position will cross-sell all credit union products and services, interview, underwrite and approve all loans. Multitasking and working together as a team is a must for this position as is a strong desire to improve the lives of our members.


Part-time Teller -- Kalispell, MT

The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the public in a professional environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong multitasking ability and attention to detail are required, and at least one year of front-line customer service experience is desirable.


compliance Officer-- Whitefish, MT

Posted May 18 -- Whitefish Credit Union, the largest credit union in Montana, is seeking a Compliance Officer. This position is responsible, under direct supervision, for writing, reviewing, updating, maintaining and disseminating Whitefish CU policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with all related laws and regulations applicable to the Whitefish CU. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years professional experience with banking or credit union policies and procedures. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or banking is preferred.


Credit Analyst -- Whitefish, MT

Posted April 3 -- Whitefish Credit Union, a $1.2+ billion credit union in beautiful northwestern Montana, seeks an experienced Credit Analyst to join its growing commercial lending department. The successful candidate will play the lead role in providing analysis for our Commercial Lenders. Three to five years professional experience in Credit/Financial Analysis required. A Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills, mathematical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel.


Credit union employee -- Baker, MT

Posted March 3 -- Fallon County FCU, an $11 million dollar credit union in Baker, is looking to fill a long-term, full-time position for someone who can learn and handle all aspects of the credit union's workload. Located in Eastern Montana, the credit union has "loans popping at the seams" and the workload is very demanding. The person in this position will be required to learn all aspects of the credit union's day-to day-functions. Qualified candidates need to be able to work with members in a friendly, stress-free manner. The credit union is a "family" and needs someone who can adapt to local needs.
